challenge


A curriculum of 25+ modules - each consisting of multiple videos, ranging from 5 up to 27 per module. Newcraft, now part of VML, aimed to create a digital marketing learning platform that would be accessible to its employees and clients on demand. All trainings required strict adherence to a visual style decided upon by the project stakeholders, maintained consistently across every module from start to finish. The project spanned a year, accumulating over 300 individual video deliverables across the platform.

Led the editorial pipeline as the primary editor on the project and oversaw a small team throughout the production. To maintain consistency at scale, I built a set of graphics templates from scratch, to ensure seamless application across every video in the library. Each module was edited to the same visual and pacing standard, in order to create a coherent, uninterrupted learning experience regardless of the topic. Deliverables, feedback and revisions were tracked via Google Slides and Sheets, keeping the pipeline transparent and on schedule across a high volume of content. The completed platform launched as a fully structured digital marketing learning resource, as a part of Newcraft's broader knowledge offering for teams and partners.
