Incision provides digital surgical training to medical professionals worldwide via an AWS-hosted platform. The project required a full overhaul of an existing video library, which involved updating the visuals across all trainings, correcting text, and integrating reviewed medical content where procedures or guidelines had changed. With over 90 individual videos across multiple training modules, consistency and medical accuracy were non-negotiable. Each edit had to meet the standards of both the platform's visual identity and the medical professionals overseeing the content.

As the sole editor, I operated simultaneously in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop, applying new layout layers, creating supporting visuals, and establishing seamless integration across all three programmes. Worked closely with surgeons reviewing the updated trainings, incorporating medical feedback to ensure every video was factually accurate. The media team provided additional support throughout the post-production process. The updated trainings were delivered over the course of six months, uploaded and distributed in an AWS-hosted learning environment.
