challenge
A global summit spanning multiple cities over the course of two months generates a volume of footage that requires careful handling. Shot in 8K, the project regularly exceeded 250GB of raw data per location, amounting to over a terabyte in total, all of which needed to be ingested, organised, and made available without interrupting the editorial pipeline. The content itself was multifaceted: keynote sessions, short and long-form promotional content, and aftermovies with near-immediate post-event turnarounds. Every deliverable had to meet the strict visual and verbal standards of in-house creative guidelines and enterprise partners.

Each content type was approached on its own terms - session edits cut for clarity and pacing, promotional content shaped for engagement, aftermovies assembled under tight post-event deadlines. Figma was used internally for project coordination, keeping a high volume of simultaneous deliverables organised and trackable throughout production. Close collaboration within the team and with client stakeholders ensured every deliverable was on brief and on time. Remained available for revisions throughout the extended lifecycle of the project, accommodating client and executive requests well beyond the summit itself.
